We revive traditional recipes, reinterpret them with skill and passion, and serve them in a space filled with symbols, music, and warmth. People come here to enjoy a great meal, but also to reminisce, celebrate, and rediscover our roots.
Our plates
Our cuisine draws inspiration from Ecuadorian tradition. We revive old recipes, rediscover forgotten ingredients, and revisit beloved flavors, using modern techniques to breathe new life into them. Each dish tells a story: of the countryside, the market, a celebration, or home. We update our menu every three months, so that Ecuador is never forgotten.
